Refreshing a case manually

Use the Refresh from Court button to pull the latest record on demand.

Gaveli refreshes your cases automatically, but you can always pull the very latest record on demand — handy right before a hearing or when you've heard something has changed.

Refresh a case

  1. Open the case.

  2. Select Refresh from Court.

  3. Wait a moment while Gaveli checks the court record and updates the case.

What to expect

  • If something changed at the court, you'll see the case update and the "last updated" time move forward.

  • If nothing changed, the case stays the same but the "checked from court" time updates — confirming Gaveli looked and there was nothing new.

  • If the court record can't be reached at that moment, try again shortly. Gaveli will also keep retrying in the background.

Manually-added cases with no court match can't be refreshed this way — update those yourself.
