District Court matters can be looked up directly from court records so Gaveli fills in the details and keeps them current.

Add the case

  1. Select Add Case and choose District Court.

  2. Select the state and district, then the relevant court establishment.

  3. Search for the case using one of the available methods, most commonly:

    • CNR number — the quickest and most precise match.

    • Party name — search by the petitioner or respondent.

  4. Review the matching result and confirm to start tracking it.

After it's added

Gaveli imports the parties, hearing history, current stage, and status, and refreshes them automatically from then on. Add your own details — client, loan account, assigned advocate, notes — on the case page.

Can't find the case? See Adding a case manually for the fallback.
