Once a case is matched to court records, Gaveli refreshes it for you automatically in the background. You don't have to check anything manually — new information appears on the case as it becomes available.

What gets updated

  • Next hearing date and the hearing timeline

  • Case stage and status

  • Parties and case identifiers

  • Court orders and judgments as they're published

How often it refreshes

Gaveli prioritizes cases that need attention most — for example, cases with a hearing coming up soon are checked more frequently than quiet ones. This keeps the information that matters fresh without overloading court systems.

What isn't refreshed automatically

  • Manually-added cases with no confirmed court match — you maintain these yourself.

  • Disposed (closed) cases — once a case is concluded it's no longer refreshed.
