The assistant works best when you ask it about your firm's actual matters. Here are some ways to get the most out of it.

Example prompts

  • "What hearings do I have this week?"

  • "Summarise my priorities for today — hearings, tasks, and cases needing attention."

  • "Which of my cases need attention?"

  • "What does the latest order in this case say?"

  • "Find the key points in the documents on this matter."

How it stays grounded

The assistant draws on your firm's cases, hearings, and processed documents to answer — so the responses reflect your real data. For document questions, make sure the document has been processed for AI (see AI document processing).

Tips

  • Be specific — name the case or the time period you mean.

  • Ask follow-up questions in the same conversation to refine an answer.

  • Use Deep Research when you want a thorough, structured answer.
