Managing AI features (for admins)

Enable or disable the assistant for your firm, and review monthly and per-member usage.

Admins control whether the AI assistant is available to the firm and can keep an eye on usage, all from Settings → AI Features.

Turn AI on or off

Use Enable AI Assistant to switch the assistant on or off for everyone in your firm. When it's off, members can't use the assistant and documents aren't processed for AI.

Automatic document processing

Decide whether uploaded documents are prepared for AI search automatically, or enabled individually. See AI document processing.

Usage

  • AI Usage This Month — total requests and tokens used by your firm.

  • Usage by Member — a breakdown so you can see who's using the assistant.
