Every case has a hearing timeline showing its dates over time — past hearings with their purpose and the judge, plus the next scheduled date.

Where to find it

Open a case and look at the Hearing Timeline on the case detail. The next hearing date is also shown prominently on the case and powers your Calendar and reminders.

Court vs. manual hearings

Each hearing shows its source:

  • Court — added automatically from court records and kept up to date.

  • Manual — added by someone at your firm.

Adding a hearing yourself

  1. Open the case and choose Add Hearing.

  2. Enter the date and purpose.

  3. Save it — it appears on the timeline marked as a manual entry.

This is useful for matters you maintain by hand, or to record a date before it appears in court records.
