Hearing reminders explained

How email reminders (one week, one day, day-of) and the daily digest work.

Gaveli emails you ahead of your hearings so a date never catches you off guard. Reminders are based on each case's next hearing date, which stays current as court records update.

When reminders are sent

  • One week before the hearing

  • One day before the hearing

  • On the day of the hearing

There's also an optional Daily Digest — a single morning email summarizing the week's upcoming hearings.

Who gets them

Reminders go to the advocate assigned to the case. Your firm can optionally choose to send reminders for unassigned cases to the whole team, so nothing is missed when no advocate is set.

Managing reminders

Turn reminders and the daily digest on or off under Settings → Notifications. See Managing your email notifications for details.
