Automatic case refresh (Auto-Sync) is on by default and is what keeps your cases current without any effort. An admin can control it from Settings → Case Sync.
Change the setting
Go to Settings → Case Sync.
Use the Auto-Sync toggle to enable or disable automatic refresh for your firm.

We recommend leaving it on
With Auto-Sync on, hearing dates, stages, statuses, and orders update on their own, and hearing reminders stay accurate. If you turn it off, your cases will only change when someone uses Refresh from Court or edits them by hand.
Disposed cases and manually-added cases are never refreshed automatically regardless of this setting.
