Understanding Sync Health

Read the Sync Health panel and what Failing, Never Synced, and Sync Disabled mean.

The Sync Health view gives admins a quick read on how well your cases are staying up to date. Find it under Settings → Case Sync.

What the numbers mean

  • Total Cases Tracked — how many cases are set to refresh automatically.

  • Synced (Last 24h / 7d) — cases successfully updated recently.

  • Failing — cases Gaveli has tried but couldn't update over several attempts. These usually resolve on their own; persistent ones may need a look.

  • Never Synced — cases that haven't had a successful update yet, often very new additions.

  • Sync Disabled — cases not being refreshed (for example, disposed cases or manually-added matters).

Fixing failing cases

The page lists cases that are having trouble, with the option to retry them. A common cause is a court record being temporarily unavailable — these clear up by themselves. If a particular case keeps failing, open it and try Refresh from Court, and check that its identifiers are correct.
