If you're bringing an existing caseload into Gaveli, bulk import lets you add many cases at once from a spreadsheet instead of entering them one by one.
How it works
Go to Cases → Import and choose the court type you're importing.
Select Download guide (PDF) — this gives you a court-specific filling guide that explains exactly which columns to fill and how to format each one (such as the Case Type format).
Fill in the template spreadsheet following the guide.
Upload your completed file and select Parse.
Review the parsed rows, then confirm to add and start tracking the cases.

Tips for a clean import
Import one court type at a time — each court has its own template and column rules.
Follow the guide's formatting exactly, especially for case types and identifiers.
After import, Gaveli matches each case to court records and keeps it up to date automatically.

Tracking import progress
You can review past and in-progress imports under Cases → Imports.
