I didn't get a hearing reminder email

Check notification settings, advocate assignment, and the unassigned-hearings setting.

If you expected a hearing reminder and it didn't arrive, run through this checklist.

Check your notification settings

Go to Settings → Notifications and confirm Hearing Reminders are turned on for you. These preferences are per person.

Check who the case is assigned to

Reminders go to the assigned advocate on the case. If you're not the assigned advocate, you won't receive that case's reminder by default. Either assign yourself, or ask an admin to enable reminders for unassigned cases firm-wide (a setting in Settings → Configuration).

Other things to check

  • Hearing date — the case must have an upcoming next hearing date for a reminder to send.

  • Spam folder — check it, and add our sender address to your contacts.

  • Email address — confirm your account email is correct in your Profile.
