Creating your account and signing in

Create an account, sign in with your email, password and a one-time sign-in code, and join a firm you were invited to.

Getting started on Gaveli takes a couple of minutes. You'll create an account, verify your email, and then either set up your firm or join one you've been invited to.

Create your account

  1. Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, email address, and a password.

  2. Submit the form to create your account.

  3. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside to confirm your address.

If the verification email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before requesting a new one.

Signing in

Once your email is verified, sign in with your email address and password.

For your security, every account uses two-step sign-in. When you sign in from a browser you haven't used before, we email you a six-digit sign-in code to confirm it's really you. Enter the code to finish signing in and land on your dashboard.

  • The code expires after 10 minutes. If it runs out, choose Send a new code.

  • Tick Trust this browser for 30 days before continuing, and we won't ask for a code again on that browser for a month — so everyday sign-ins stay quick.

Two-step sign-in is built into every account — there's nothing to set up and nothing to turn off. To skip the code entirely, you can add a passkey and sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your device PIN. See Two-step sign-in, passkeys and trusted browsers.

Forgot your password?

On the login page, choose Forgot password, enter your email, and we'll send you a link to set a new one. The link is time-limited, so use it soon after it arrives.

Joining a firm you were invited to

If a colleague invited you, open the invitation link from your email. You'll be asked to sign in or create an account using the same email address the invite was sent to, and you'll then join their firm automatically.
