You can permanently delete your personal account or your entire organization from Settings → Privacy & Data. Because deletion is irreversible, there's a short grace period before it takes effect.
Request deletion
Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
Choose Delete My Account or Delete Organisation.
Confirm by typing the requested text.
Deletion is scheduled and you'll receive an email confirming it.

The 48-hour window
Deletion takes effect after 48 hours. Until then you can change your mind: a banner appears with a Cancel Deletion option. After the window passes, the data is permanently and irreversibly removed.
What gets deleted
Account deletion — your personal data is removed.
Organisation deletion — all cases, documents, hearings, invoices, and files for the firm are permanently removed.
Consider exporting your data first if you want a copy.
