Managing your subscription and payments

Upgrade, change plans, and resolve an overdue or paused subscription.

Manage everything about your plan and payments from Settings → Billing.

Change your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.

  2. Select the plan you want and confirm.

  3. Your access updates to match the new plan.

Subscription status

  • Trial — you're in your free trial.

  • Active — your plan is current.

  • Payment overdue — a payment didn't go through; update your payment to avoid interruption.

  • Paused — access is paused; update your payment to restore it.

  • Cancelled — the subscription has ended.

Payment problems

If your subscription shows as overdue or paused, open the billing page and update your payment details. Once payment succeeds, access is restored. If you're stuck, contact support.
