You're always in control of which external apps can reach your Gaveli data. The Connected Apps page lists everything you've authorized.
Review your connected apps
Go to Settings → Connected Apps.
For each app you'll see its name, when it was authorized, when it was last used, and what it's allowed to do.

Revoke access
Find the app you want to disconnect.
Select Revoke and confirm.
The app immediately loses access. To reconnect later, you'd authorize it again.
When to revoke
You no longer use the tool.
You don't recognize an app in the list.
You're tidying up after testing a connection.
